User Name & Password

It is a good idea to print out the username and password sent to you in your welcome and instructions letter. This information is needed not only to upload pages, but to log into your control panel and manage your account.

Account Management

In order to manage your account please go to the Account Management section. Here you may change the password on your account, make payments, check payment history, and change your billing contact information.

Control Panel

Included with every hosting account is the Virtual Control Panel. The Virtual Control Panel is a web-based application that allows you to manage every aspect of your web hosting right from your browser! In order to manage your account please go to the Control Panel section.

Reading Email

Read the Email Tutorials for setting up mail accounts and configuring your email program to download mail.

Transferring Files

Once you have your files made and saved on your computer, you need an FTP client to upload them. We suggest you use WS_FTP. If you don't have it already, you can download it by clicking here.

You will need 3 pieces of information from us to upload your website (these come to you in the welcome letter when you first signed up):

• Host Address: You will log in using www.yourdomain.com as the host address.
• Username: Your username is the one you have asked in the application form.
• Password: Your password for uploading files is the same as that for logging into your control panel, which is the one you have asked in the application form. If you do not have a password, or have changed it at the control panel and already forgot what it is you changed it to,  please contact support.
