All of our hosting servers run Windows 2000 or Windows 2003. We recognize that developers have favorite tools, so we try to accommodate as many different packages as possible. If there's a piece of software you'd like us to install, please contact us and we can discuss your needs.

With all of our web hosting services, you aren't locked into an account type. If you need more services, you can upgrade at any time. If you find you don't need all the services you originally ordered, you can downgrade and receive a refund of the extra fees. If you decide to cancel, any full months that you prepaid will be refunded. You won't get this courtesy everywhere, so be careful who you choose to host your web site.

Besides our reasonable billing policies, you can actually speak with a live human when you contact us. We're happy to explain any service we provide and help you with nearly anything related to your hosting service. If you need programming help that is beyond the scope of just making your site work, we offer reasonable rates on that, too.
